TRI is a quantitative research platform. Our scanners and tools surface trade setups and market context across stocks, options, and crypto, together with the historical record behind them. A setup is a starting point for your own research. It is not a recommendation, and it does not include entry, exit, position sizing, or risk instructions.
The Rational Investor is not a registered investment adviser or broker-dealer. Nothing on the Service is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice, and nothing on it is a personalized recommendation. No fiduciary relationship is created by your use of the Service. You agree not to treat any alert, scanner result, or piece of commentary as an instruction to trade, and to do your own due diligence or consult a qualified professional before acting on anything you see here. All trading decisions you make are yours alone, and your use of the Service is at your own risk. The Rational Investor is not liable for losses or damages resulting from your reliance on the Service.
Performance figures shown on the Service, including the results page, are backtested and hypothetical unless explicitly labeled otherwise. We reserve the right to suspend or revoke access, without notice, for accounts that violate these Terms, register with false information, redistribute member content, or use the Service unlawfully.
